What’s the difference between a riad and a hotel?

• Riads are smaller, family-run, and built around a courtyard.
• Hotels are larger, more standardized, and often lack the same local charm or privacy. Riads focus on personal service, traditional design, and quiet surroundings.

Booking and Payment

How do I book a room?

• Book directly through our website, by email, or phone. You can also pay securely with PayPal on our site.

What payment methods do you accept?

• Credit cards
• Bank transfers
• Cash at check-in
• PayPal

What is your cancellation policy?

• Cancel 15 days before check-in → full refund
• Cancel within 15 days → no refund

How do I request a refund?

• Email us at contact@riadlamalika.com with your reservation info.

When will I receive my refund?

• We process refunds within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Is breakfast included?

• Yes. It includes fresh local ingredients and Moroccan recipes.

• Yes. Daily cleaning is included

Do you offer airport pick-up?

Are pets allowed?

• No. Pets are not allowed.

Meals

Is lunch or dinner available?

• Yes. Reserve meals at least 12 hours in advance.

What meals do you offer?

• Chicken tagine – $25/person
• Meatballs tagine – $25/person
• Lamb and prune tagine – $25/person

What comes with the meal?

All meals include: – Moroccan salads – Zaalouk – Vegetable tagine – Drinks (soda, tea, still and sparkling water)

• Yes. The pool is on the ground floor.
